I love assessments. Assessments are great. Especially well-designed ones. But assessments aren't good for everybody.

So if you're using an assessment only, instead of any other activities, you're missing a lot of the people you could help.

If I wanted to make chocolate chip cookies and I came to your website that was all about making chocolate chip cookies and you had an assessment for me about whether I wanted chewy cookies, or crispy cookies, or soft cookies, that wouldn't help me if the problem I was facing was I didn't have brown sugar.
